How to use SmartPost

Sign up and subscribe

Create your account and choose a plan. The free tier includes Telegram; paid plans and add-ons unlock Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Instagram, and more.

Connect your channels

Link your social accounts and Telegram bots so SmartPost knows where to publish.

Create or generate content

Use the AI generator to write a post from a prompt, or write directly in the Direct Post tab.

Publish or schedule

Post immediately, pick a future date/time, or save as a draft to polish later.

Open the Channels tab

Click "Channels" in the dashboard sidebar.

Connect social accounts (Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram…)

Click "Connect via Zernio" next to any platform included in your plan. You'll be taken through a secure OAuth flow — no API keys or passwords are stored, only an encrypted reference ID.

Add a Telegram channel

Enter a display name and your channel ID. Open web.telegram.org, navigate to your channel, and copy the number after the # in the URL (e.g. #-1001234567890). Or click the 🔗 link icon, paste the URL, and hit "Extract ID" to fill it automatically.

Save Telegram bot credentials

In the "Telegram bot credentials" section, enter your bot token. It is stored encrypted with AES-256-GCM and never displayed again.

Locked platforms

Platforms not included in your plan appear grayed out with a lock icon. Click "Upgrade" to add them individually or switch to a higher-tier plan.

Open "Generate with AI"

Click "Generate with AI" in the dashboard sidebar.

Describe your topic

Write a prompt (e.g. "New AI feature launch — highlight speed and accuracy"). You can also navigate from the Search tab to auto-fill context from a news article.

Choose content type

Select Text, Image post, or Video script. Available types depend on your plan — free users get text only.

Select platforms

Check one or more platforms. Platforms not in your subscription are shown dimmed with an upgrade prompt — they cannot be selected.

Set tone and language (optional)

Pick a tone (professional, casual, humorous, inspirational, educational) and output language. Leave both on default for automatic detection.

Generate and review

Click "Generate content". SmartPost validates the result against each platform's character limits and shows green/amber/red compatibility badges.

Edit if needed

Click "Edit" to tweak the generated text. Use "Trim to fit" to automatically shorten content to a platform's character limit.

Post, schedule, or save as draft

Hit "Post now" for immediate publishing, "Schedule" to pick a date and time, or "Save as draft" to find it later in the Direct Post tab.

Open "Direct Post"

Click "Direct Post" in the dashboard sidebar.

Choose content type

Select Text, Image, or Video. For media, drag-and-drop a file or click the upload area. SmartPost validates the file format and, for videos, the duration against each platform's limits.

Write content or add a caption

For text posts, type your content in the text area. For images and videos, add an optional caption below the file upload.

Select your platform

Check the platform(s) you want to post to. Locked platforms (not in your plan) are shown dimmed and cannot be selected.

Pick a channel (optional)

If you've added specific channels for the selected platform, choose one from the dropdown. Leave it on "Any channel" to use the default.

Publish, schedule, or save

Click "Post now", set a schedule time, or save as a draft. Drafts appear in the list below and can be edited or re-published at any time.

Track post status

The post list shows live status: DRAFT, SCHEDULED, POSTING, POSTED, or FAILED. The page auto-refreshes every 30 seconds while there are active scheduled posts.
