Is the free plan really free forever?
Yes. The Free plan includes Telegram posting and 5 AI text generations per day at no cost, with no time limit and no credit card required.
Which social media platforms does SmartPost support?
Currently: Telegram (free), Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and WhatsApp (paid plans). We're adding more platforms regularly.
How does the AI content generation work?
You provide a topic or brief, select the platform and content type, and our AI generates platform-optimised content. You can then edit it before publishing or scheduling.
Are my social media credentials stored securely?
Yes. API tokens and bot credentials are encrypted using AES-256-GCM before being stored. We never store them in plain text and they are never shared with third parties.
Can I schedule posts in advance?
Yes — post scheduling is available on Starter and higher plans. You set the date and time; SmartPost publishes automatically.
What happens if I exceed my daily generation limit?
You'll see a message letting you know. Your limit resets at midnight UTC each day. You can upgrade your plan at any time to increase your limits.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Dashboard → Billing → Manage subscription. You can cancel at any time. Your paid access continues until the end of the current billing period, then the account reverts to the Free plan.
Do you offer refunds?
We handle refunds on a case-by-case basis. If you experience a problem with the Service, contact support within 7 days of the charge.
Can I use SmartPost for multiple brands or clients?
You can add multiple channels per platform from your dashboard. For managing multiple separate accounts, team / agency plans are on our roadmap.
Is there an API I can use to integrate SmartPost with my tools?
API access is included in the Pro plan. Documentation is available once you upgrade.
Does SmartPost train AI models on my content?
No. We do not use your inputs or generated content to train AI models. Your content is yours.
